Bacon & Egg Cup


Bacon & Egg Cup 

Ingredients :
  • 1 slice of bacon for each egg cup
  • Cooking spray or butter to brush the ramekins/ muffin tray
  • Optional : onion, mushroom, sausage, ham (pre-cooked)
  • Salt & pepper

Directions :
  1. Pan fried the bacon until it's cooked (not crispy). 
  2. Spray the ramekins/ muffin tray with a cooking spray (or brush with butter), & place the bacon in it to make a cup shape.
  3. Place any ingredients of you choice (onions/ mushroom/ sausage/ ham - pre-cooked) in the middle of the cup, & finally crack an egg. 
  4. Bake at 200c in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the egg is cooked.
  5. Season with salt & pepper & serve immediately.
