Cornflakes Butter Prawns


Cornflakes Butter Prawns
Serves 3-4

Ingredients :
  • 600gm big prawns
  • Oil for deep-frying
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter / planta margarine
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chilli padi
  • 1 tablespoon curry leaves
  • ½ bowl cornflakes (I used honey flavour's)
Directions :
  1. Slit back & remove veins from prawns. Clean & pat dry with kitchen towel.
  2. Deep fry the prawns in hot oil until golden brown. Dish & drain.
  3. Melt butter in a pan, sauté chilli padi & curry leaves until fragrant, add in cornflakes & stir-fry until aromatic. 
  4. Finally, add in prawns & mix well.
  5. Dish up & serve.
