Mochi Cheese Puffs (pão de queijo)

These mochi cheese puffs have went viral over Facebook, first started off by a friend, Michelle.

She started making these & shared the picture on her wall, & suddenly everyone else is making these, too.

Unfortunately, I stumbled upon Michelle's kind sharing at a wrong time, it was already close to mid night! The evil side of me really wanted to make these while the angel side of me kept pestering me to go to sleep & forget about this. Well, guess who wins?

So here it goes, tell me if you wouldn't like this?

* Step-by-Step Cooking Tutorials *

The ingredients you'll need : egg, shredded cheeses, salt, tapioca flour, butter, & milk

Butter the mini muffin pan.

Place all the ingredients in a blender/ food processor.
Blend til smooth (Note : my cheeses are not entirely blended, that's just how I like it it be).
Scoop the batter into the muffin pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, & you're done!
