Roast Garlic


It's my first time roasting garlic in my oven, never thought they could be so easy, & irresistibly yummy, if you're a garlic lover like me, you would definitely love this roasted garlic. You can eat it as it is or use it for mash potatoes, pasta, or with your bread.

Step-by-Step Cooking Tutorials :

The ingredients you'll need : olive oil & 1 bulb garlic
Peel off the excess outer layer of the garlic, & chop off the head.
Place the garlic on a piece of aluminum foil, & drizzle the garlic with olive oil.
Make sure every single clove of the garlic is well coated with olive oil.
Wrap the garlic with the aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until they're tender/ charred enough to your liking.
Allow the garlic to cool before removing them with a fork. You may also squeeze them out from their skins with your fingers. Discard the skin.

  1. Preheat the oven at 200C.

  5. Wrap the garlic with the aluminum foil & Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until they're tender/ charred enough to your liking.
  6. Allow the garlic to cool before removing them with a fork. You may also squeeze them out from their skins with your fingers. Discard the skin.
