Self Pregnancy Photoshoot

Selfie is always in the trend, almost everyone loves to take pictures of themselves, or simply because there's no one with you together that could help you with the task. Som sooner or later, we just stop asking people to help us with taking pictures, it's just easier to do selfie ourselves.

What I'm going to share today is something similar, I took my pictures all by myself, using a camera which was set to self timer function.

I've always have an interest in shooting, selfie included. I discovered the beautiful feature of self timer when we were on Europe tour & we had no one to help us with a group picture. This self timer has come as a very handy tool.

Seriously, the person who invented this feature is smart, really smart!

So, during my first pregnancy, I started shooting some pictures of me & my huge belly with self timer to keep as memories, hubby wasn't good (I actually meant he's sucks at it!!!) with taking pictures using any form of cameras (phone/ digital cameras) hence I rather do it myself with self timer (don't worry hubby, I still love you!!).

Slowly I was hooked to it, & started taking taking pregnancy progress week by week, back then I was only using a digital camera, & my editing skills were very poor, hence the quality of the edited images were also not very good, but they serve the right purpose, for me to keep the pictures as some precious memory.

Then it came my second pregnancy, & this time around I owned a DSLR, with my past experience of shooting myself using self timer, plus my improved photo editing skills, hence this time around the images were clearly better than what I captured for my first pregnancy. But I know, there are still many rooms for imrpovements.

Second time around capturing my pregnancy diaries, I was more prepared & I captured my big belly from the moment I found out about my pregnancy, & did a collage every month to see how my belly has grown. It's interesting to look back at these pictures & be amazed about myself, a tiny little body that carried the extra weight right in front of me.

These were all done by myself, cheap but expensive effort were put into these pictures.

If I ever get pregnant again for the third time, I would do the same, if not better. Self photoshoot for my pregnancy is fun although tiring at the same time, but looking at these pictures, it's simply priceless!!

Pregnancy moments are beautiful. I love looking back at these photos again & again.
