Double Chocolate Chips with Dark Chocolate Loaf Cake


Step-by-Step Cooking Tutorials :
 
The ingredients you'll need : self-rising flour, castor sugar, cocoa powder, milk, hazelnut meal, butter, baking powder, chocolate chips & dark chocolate chunks, eggs, & white chocolate.
Optional : chopped almonds
Grease & flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan with a parchment paper.
Sift together the flour, baking powder & cocoa powder in a bowl, set aside.
Beat the butter & sugar using an electric mixer until it turns light & fluffy.
Add in the eggs, flour mixture, hazelnut meal & milk.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in the chocolate chip & dark chocolate chunks.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
Optional : sprinkle the top with chopped almonds.
Bake in the preheated oven until a skewer inserted in the center of the loaf come out clean, about for 50-60 minutes.
Optional : drizzle the top with melted white chocolate.
Optional : drizzle with more melted milk chocolate.
Yumms. The inside is moist & soft.
Best served with ice cream on the side.

140gm self-rising flour
85gm hazelnut meal
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
100ml milk
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
50gm of milk chocolate chips
50gm dark chocolate chunks
Optional : A little bit of chocolate chips & white chocolate, for decorating
Optional : chopped almond
 
Directions :
  1. Preheat the oven to 160C.
  2. Grease & flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan with a parchment paper.
  3. Sift together the flour, baking powder & cocoa powder in a bowl, set aside.
  4. Beat the butter & sugar using an electric mixer until it turns light & fluffy.
  5. Add in the eggs, flour mixture, hazelnut meal & milk, beat until smooth.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chip & dark chocolate chunks.
  7. Pour the batter into the loaf pan, & sprinkle the top with chopped almonds (optional).
  8. Bake in the preheated oven until a skewer inserted in the center of the loaf come out clean, about for 50-60 minutes.
  9. Optional : drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the loaf.
