Homemade Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs

I never thought that it would be so easy to make your own bread crumbs. They're very cheap to make too.

You can collect & keep all the leftover bread that you couldn't finish & keep them in the freezer until you have enough to make a batch or 2.

You may combine different types of bread together, it simply doesn't matter. If you prefer a plain flavor of breadcrumbs, just opt out the seasonings will do.

Toast the bread in the oven. Make sure they're really dried, it's okay if they look a bit burnt.

Crumble the bread into a food processor bowl & add all the seasonings.

Blend them until well combined.
