Strawberry Lychee Popsicle




A popsicle would be heaven when it comes to a hot hot hot day. 

These simple & easy to make popsicle are on the way to a rescue, to rescue me from thirst of the summer in Malaysia. Oh, wait, it's summer here for 24/7.


 Step-by-Step Tutorial :
 
3 simple ingredients to a yummyly popsicle.


Place milk, strawberry & lychee in the blender.

Coarsely blend the mixture (or blend until smooth, depends on your preference).

Optional : place 1/2 teaspoon of strawberry jam in the popsicle mould.

Pour the blended juice into the popsicle & freeze.

Yumms... Enjoy!

Ingredients :
1/2 cup milk
6-8 small/ medium strawberry
5-6 lychee
Optional : strawberry jam

Directions :
  1. Place milk, strawberry & lychee in the blender.
  2. Coarsely blend the mixture (or blend until smooth, depends on your preference).
  3. Optional : place 1/2 teaspoon of strawberry jam in the popsicle mould.
  4. Pour the blended juice into the popsicle & freeze.
