Oven Baked Honey Chicken Chop

Chicken chop is of the dishes that I cook quite regularly as it's easy & simple to cook. You can pre-marinate it the night before, heat up the oven, send it in & in under 40 minutes you can have you meal served.

Sounds easy isn't it? It's just that easy.

My picky boy that isn't a meat eater couldn't stop asking for more too!

 Step-by-Step Tutorial :

Place all the marinate ingredients in a zip lock bag.

Marinate the chicken thigh for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).

Pre-heat the oven to 200C. Arrange the chicken thigh in oven safe bakeware, reserve the sauce from the marination.

Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, turning once in between.
For the final 5 minutes, baste the chicken with the remaining marinate mixture.

Best serve together with roasted vegetables or pasta.
I have mine served together with Caramelized Onion & Mushroom Pasta & Roasted Garlic Brussels Sprouts on the side.
