Fried Cabbage with Bacon, Onion, & Garlic

If you haven't already know, I love everything about bacon. Who wouldn't? Well, I know it's not exactly a very healthy choice of food but it's so heavenly yummy & is irresistible in every single way you can cook it.

Tried this fried cabbage with bacon recipe some time ago & I really liked it. Today I cooked it again, added in my favorite garlic & a little more seasoning, gosh, it is so yummy!

The ingredients are very simple, they're something that are commonly found in every kitchen, they taste good with or without the seasoning, the seasoning is totally optional. The steps are super simple & easy as well. Who says it's hard to cook something nice?

 Step-by-Step Tutorial :

Pan fried the bacon without oil (bacon itself is full of fats & oil).

When the bacon is almost crispy, add in the onion.

When the bacon become crispy & onion is caramelized, add in the chopped garlic, saute for a minute or 2.

Add in the cabbage & turn on to the highest flame. Give it a good stir in between so they're all fried evenly.
The cabbage will already taste good as it is, if you like it to be even more flavorful, add in all the seasoning & give it a final stir.

Dish up & serve.
