Easy Chicken Pie


This is a super easy chicken pie recipe that is suitable for just about everyone.




It's so creamy & yummily delicious especially on a cold rainy night.



* Step-by-Step Tutorial *
Combine the soup, chicken, mixed veggies & milk in a pot, turn it to boil.

Turn off the heat & season with some black pepper.

Now they're ready to be transferred to the ramekins.

Transfer the mixture into individual ramekins.

Top the ramekins with a slice of frozen pastry.

Brush the top with egg yolk, sprinkle with some dried parsley.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the crust turns golden brown.

Ingredients :
1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup

2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 package frozen mixed veggies
1/2 cup milk
1 egg yolk
Frozen pastry, cool in room temperature
Dash of black pepper, to season
Dried or fresh parsley, to garnish

Directions :
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C.
  2. Combine the soup, chicken, mixed veggies & milk in a pot, turn it to boil.
  3. Turn off the heat & season with some black pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture into individual ramekins.
  5. Top the ramekins with a slice of frozen pastry & brush the top with egg yolk, sprinkle with some dried parsley.
