Waffle Batter

I've been planning in my head about making waffle for today's breakfast since last night. I've bought the waffle maker for a while now & I've used it only once, it's time to utilize it again.

So this morning I woke up early to prepare the batter & made the waffle before the kids woke up, when Clayton woke up & saw this he was so happy, of course, look at the ice cream & the strawberry, & not to forget the chocolate syrup too, who doesn't wanna take a bite?

I added chocolate chips in the batter, serve it with Haagen Dazs Chocolate Ice Cream, dust with lotsa milo powder generously, & finally drizzle with some chocolate syrup & more chocolate chips. Ohhhhh yummmssss!!!

Waffle can also be served savory style, so deliciously yummy!

As I ran out of all-purpose flour, hence, I'm trying out with superfine & corn flour & the result is pretty amazing, the waffle's texture came out soft & fluffy with a little bit of crunch on the outer layer, absolutely perfect.

You can be really creative on how you would like to serve your waffle. Be it sweet or savory.

Bon appetit!
