Air-Fryer Mua Chi

Stumbled upon this recipe shared by Koh Boon Lee in a Facebook forum & decided to try it out for tea time today, the inredients are simple & the steps are super easy too.

And the result? Superb, taste just like the one that we buy from the uncle on the motor. Not quite sure if I'm still gonna buy this anymore, it's just so simple & easy to make.

* Step-by-Step Tutorial *

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Stir until the ingredients are well combined & not lumpy.

Place in a non stick bowl & air-fry at 180C for 10-12 minutes.
Let cool & cut.

Mix with ground peanut/ black sesame + sugar.
