Dark Chocolate Chips Muffin



Muffin is 1 of the easiest food to make for breakfast, this recipe is simple & easy as it doesn't require the use of an electrical mixer, all you have to do is to combine all the ingredients by hands.

Sounds easy? It truly is!


 * Step-by-Step Tutorial *

Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl, set aside.

Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl, set aside.

Place melted butter/ vegetable oil into a measuring cup, add the egg & milk to fill the cup

Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.

Combine the mixture gently with no more than 25 strokes.

Fill muffin cups right to the top, & sprinkle with topping of your choice.

I also bake some mini muffins for the little guys, they just love it small.




Dark Chocolate Chips Muffin

 
Ingredients : 
- Dry Ingredients -
2 large eggs

1 cup milk
90gm melted butter/ vegetable oil
- Wet Ingredients -
230gm self rising flour
30gm cocoa powder
150gm sugar (I used brown sugar)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- Topping -
Dark/ white chocolate chips/ sprinkle/ chocolate rice of your choice

Directions :
  1. Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl, set aside.
  3. Place melted butter/ vegetable oil into a measuring cup, add the egg & milk to fill the cup. 
  4. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
  5. Combine the mixture gently with no more than 25 strokes.
  6. Fill muffin cups right to the top, & sprinkle with topping of your choice.
- Baking in the Oven -
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. 
  2. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle come out clean.   
- Baking in the Air Fryer -
  1. Preheat the air-fryer at 200°C for 2 minutes, then reduce to 180°C.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes, it is done when a toothpick inserted in the middle come out clean.
